About Maureen Gainer Reilly

Maureen Gainer Reilly quickly rose to the top of the professional organizing industry when she launched Gainer Organizing, LLC in 2003. After six years in housing and development, Maureen started a business in what she had been doing for employers, clients, and vendors for years; getting them organized! After a year in business, she employed a team of six organizers working in Chicago’s business, residential and non-profit community. As an in-demand speaker, Maureen took her less is more organizing message to groups across the country. She has appeared on national television on HGTV’s Mission Organization and on Style Network’s Giuliana & Bill.

In 2008 while organizing for a private equity firm, Maureen was asked to manage a project for an office build out. A construction project felt no different than taking on a cluttered house; she met with the team, identified needs, created scope, charted a schedule and then managed everyone to keep things moving. She anticipated issues and took care of them while they were still small. Simple. Word spread and project requests rolled in one after another. To be sure she was serving clients with the latest project tools Maureen attended The University of Chicago Graham School and received a certification in Project Management and Process Improvement. GO Consulting was born.

After 10 years managing multi-million-dollar projects for non-profits, businesses and organizations the next phase of GO has evolved; coaching. Maureen saw the value added and incredible results when she formed trusted thought partnerships with leaders and staff. She saw the power of leveraging the simple, yet critical, skill of asking powerful questions to evoke real and lasting change. Maureen completed her coach training with the Co-Active Training Institute, the premier organization training coaches globally for over 25 years.
