Since opening in 2011, Farmhouse has quickly become one of Chicago’s favorite craft taverns. Their goal—and Chef Eric Mansavage’s drive—is to bring the best Midwestern craft beer and fare from the best purveyors in the Midwest. The wait for a table is proof Farmhouse is doing just that. Before opening, owners TJ Callahan and Ferdia Doherty used Maureen to help set up the office and organize the space for optimal efficiency.
